Discussion draft

The Productivity Commissions of Australia and New Zealand released this discussion draft on 18 September to set out preliminary recommendations for strengthening trans-Tasman economic relations. The scoping study was commissioned to mark the 30th anniversary of Closer Economic Relations (CER).
